Powering a cleaner planet.
In 2002, SunTechnics built the largest solar power plant in the world, at that time, in the form of a 4 megawatt installation in the Bavarian region of Germany. In 2004, SunTechnics created a 9 MW rooftop installation for the Michelin manufacturing plant which is more than 5 times the size of the Google corporate campus. SunTechnics is currently building a 20 MW installation in South Korea one of the largest in Asia.
In the United States, SunTechnics brought online more than 7 MW in 2007 including 2 MW for the U.S. Army, 1 MW sun tracking system for a large water treatment plant and 1 MW fixed roof mount for a major food processor. Our team is currently working on the largest Solar Park east of Arizona at the Exelon power plant in Pennsylvania and the continued rollout of rooftop systems for a major grocery chain in California.
